The customer has the right to exchange or return the goods within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that it is in its condition upon receipt and is not used permanently with the presence of the original invoice, unless it is of the items that cannot be returned according to the laws of the Ministry of Commerce
Al-Rathaan Electronic Company does not bear any responsibility for damages caused by the device after it is delivered to the customer
The responsibility of Al-Rathaan Electronic Company for any device is according to the use of the device according to the instructions on the device and in the purposes assigned to it. As for otherwise, the liability is limited to the customer only
In the event of any disputes regarding the goods sold in the Al-Rattaan Electronic Company, they are subject to judicial arbitration in the State of Kuwait and compliance with the conditions mentioned above
for some products instalation charges will be applied
Al-Rathaan Electronic Company has the right to change the delivery dates without referring to the customer
